ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND GENERAL PLANNING

The way we design does not follow a rigid formula or cookie by cutter process. We question everything during the process and look for better materials, methods and options.

SURVEYING AND TOPOGRAPHY

We seek to understand the nature of the land, its shape, topography, soil type and how buildings and the environment can coexist harmoniously.

FINANCIAL PLANNING

With the client, we will incorporate a financing model for the project. The project can be paid in installments, monthly or by bank credit. We can assist with a financial package for the success of the project.

BUILDING PERMIT

We assist with obtaining a building permit which can help us build in peace and in accordance with legal standards.
